I grew up in Kenya and was run over by a speedboat when I was nine but escaped by diving like the mermaid in Splash and only received minor injuries.

I bake sponge cakes that are lighter than air but don't ask me to make bread because it'll take several days and be hard enough to use as bricks!

Hi, I’m Karina Ladet, I mentor conscious entrepreneurs to embrace their purpose. As a heartcentred intuitive I see who you truly are and help you release what’s holding you back and reconnect with your soul’s purpose. My gift is to create a safe space where you feel so deeply supported and loved that you can share your gifts and light with the world and lead with heart. 

I remember the exact moment when my second child was 2 and I told my husband: “I have to start my business now or I never will”. Either I take that leap or I will have to get yet another “real” job that I know will move me away from my path and purpose. So, in 2012 I started offering intuitive readings and teaching people how to communicate with their spirit guides.

I kept thinking I wasn’t ready (are we ever, really?), that my children were too young, that I didn’t know anything about running a business and all the other fears that we all have. I bet you know what I mean.

I want to live in a world where we all walk our own path honing our very own kind of genius. and living a life filled with purpose and joy. Whenever I would start freaking out about something the right tool/person/situation would show up. As if by magic. This is also my highest wish for you.

I was born in Cuba, grew up in Sweden and travelled a lot before I met my French husband and moved to a village in the south of France. I’m the crazy foreign woman who dances in the rain with my kids, dresses up in the silliest costumes for the carnival and hugs strangers (aka new found friends) pretty much anywhere.

I love connecting with the invisible world and I truly believe in magic. I also love being the messy, wild and belly-laughing human that I am. Embracing it all.

Even though I spent most of my time as a child on my Grandparents dairy farm, I knew from a young age that I would be journeying a new path! For the past 9 years I've dedicated much of my personal time to learning about different foods types and the impact it has upon us.

I now transform peoples lives through Cookery Classes & Workshops along with One to Ones. As much as people come to me to talk about food, we soon learn that it is never about food, it's about the emotion behind food!

When I'm not making yummy recipes you can find me with my little family at our allotment!

I'm musically tone deaf so I keep my singing to the shower only!!!!

I squash the LinkedIn phobias around it being 'only corporate' and teach you how to let your message call in your soulclients in a way that is authentic and automated.

I once lived in a Kibbutz in Israel, swam with wild dolphins in New Zealand and jumped out of a plane in Australia. I can talk about anything to anyone at any time but rarely know when to shut up.

I'm Marja, I guide people to track their inner excellence, their strengths and master skills that they already have inside of them. I’ve been working as a consult, coach and trainer in a field of human wellbeing and development for 17 years and this is what I love the most: To show people everything that is already perfect in themselves! Nothing to fix, nothing to get better at, but just to benefit and celebrate those gifts more.

My task is to guide people to reveal their inner power, wisdom and excellence that they have inside of them. We all have so much perfect and excellent inside of us that we are not really aware of or not paying any attention to. I just love helping people to become aware of their amazing gifts and to benefit them more.

During these years I’ve dived deep into the formula of human success factors, all that hidden excellence we have inside of us. It is so fascinating that when we are studying excellence instead of a problem, we get different kind of results, and then – miracles start to happen! 95 percent of our daily activities and decisions are unconscious and so are our greatest gifts.

Our gifts lie in everything that we do with “our left hand only or even with our eyes shut”. When we learn a skill, at certain point it becomes our automatic behavior, and we tend to forget how we do that really. I help people to backtrack the structure of their skills and make a recipe of their skills. And as all good recipes, the excellence recipes you can adapt, copy, and share easily. When you know, what the ingredients of your tacit excellence are, it becomes easy to adapt, multiply and expand your excellence in any other area of your life.

I’m in a process of writing a book of this subject and it is called “The Excellence Code” and will be published in the autumn 2020.
